ICHRA Masters Expands into Florida to Meet Growing Broker Demand for ICHRA Support

ICHRA Masters is proud to announce the opening of its Florida office, expanding its presence to meet growing broker demand for ICHRA support as employers increasingly explore alternatives to traditional group health plans.

The new office, located at 1800 Pembrook Drive, Suite 300, ORLANDO, FL 32810, will serve as a regional hub for brokers working with Individual Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). ICHRA Masters works with brokers nationwide to support the design, quoting, and ongoing management of ICHRA strategies for employers of all sizes.

The Florida expansion reflects increased broker interest driven by rising group health costs, regulatory changes, and market disruption impacting employer-sponsored coverage.

“Brokers are being asked tougher questions by employers, often with less margin for error,” said Mario Roker, the CEO of ICHRA Masters. “Opening a Florida office allows us to work more closely with brokers, support live cases, and be available when decisions need to be made.”

The Florida office is designed as a working resource where brokers can collaborate with the team in person, review real scenarios, and get help moving cases forward efficiently.

“Our focus is on being accessible and useful to brokers in the moments that matter. This office gives brokers a place to sit down with us, talk through opportunities, and get support without adding friction to their process,” said CEO Mario Roker.

The Florida location will host broker training sessions, working meetings, and educational events focused on quoting, presenting, and administering ICHRA for employers across industries. It underscores ICHRA Masters’ ongoing commitment to broker partnership as interest in ICHRA expands nationally.
