Silver Air Private Jets is expanding its Business Development team with the addition of Eric Tabor and Dyllen Kearney, alongside the promotion of Maya Murphy. All three will serve as Directors of Business Development. The moves come as operators increasingly compete for aircraft owners and long-term management relationships, with demand shifting toward more personalized, service-driven models.
Tabor joins Silver Air with more than two decades of experience across aircraft sales, charter, and aviation services. Most recently Vice President of Sales at Skystream Jet, he brings a track record of driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. His background also includes leadership roles at Privaira, Skyward Aviation, and Voyager Jet Center.
Kearney brings a strong background in private aviation advisory and aircraft management, most recently serving as a Private Aviation Advisor at Jet Linx. Over the past five years, he has focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and tailored aviation solutions for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Murphy’s promotion reflects Silver Air’s commitment to developing internal talent. Since joining the company in 2022, she has advanced from Flight Support Associate to Aircraft Support Manager, overseeing a fleet of aircraft and managing owner relations, charter operations, and cross-functional coordination. In her new role as Director of Business Development, she will lead East Coast expansion and focus on onboarding aircraft owners aligned with Silver Air’s management model.
“These additions and Maya’s promotion come at a time when the market is evolving,” said Jason Middleton, CEO of Silver Air Private Jets. “Owners are thinking differently about how they use and manage aircraft, and there’s a growing focus on long-term relationships and operational transparency. Eric, Dyllen, and Maya each bring strengths that align with where the market is heading.”
“I’m excited to join a team that is clearly focused on thoughtful growth and long-term client partnerships,” said Tabor. “Silver Air’s reputation in the market is strong, and I look forward to contributing to its continued expansion.”
“Silver Air represents a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is both operationally disciplined and deeply client-focused,” added Kearney. “I’m looking forward to building meaningful relationships and supporting the next phase of growth.”
“I’m proud to step into this role and contribute to the company’s continued growth,” said Murphy. “I look forward to applying my operational experience as we expand our presence on the East Coast and deepen relationships with aircraft owners and clients.”
Silver Air Private Jets continues to invest in its team and capabilities as it expands its national footprint and strengthens its position in aircraft management and charter.
